In June, Downhill mountain bike rider and yoga instructor,
Karen Burt, ran a specially designed Yoga session for bike babes aimed at
addressing the physical imbalances associated with lots of cycling.

Following the yoga session, after eating a fantastic lunch, we went on a 2 hour off road ride, followed by some post-ride stretches. Karen is now travelling in India and so, following on from the success of the day, we are looking to run some regular exercise sessions with a local Yogalates instructor (a mix of pilates and yoga). |
